This programme is a good introduction to Health & Wellbeing in the workplace for business owners and their employees, with the aim of improving knowledge and providing people with tools to achieve better mental and physical health both at home and at work. 

The programme is based around our unique 6-step approach starting with research moving to analysis and resulting in subsequent recommendations of short-term health and wellbeing initiatives that can be implemented by the business in order to have an impact on the overall health and wellbeing of staff.

We talk to the Senior Management team to review the health and wellbeing initiatives already in place and areas for improvement.

Staff and managers complete the online employee engagement survey

Review the findings from the interviews and survey, presenting back to the business in a “findings report”

We will provide recommendations on the educational presentations that the business can provide to staff from our Delivery Team
