Forrest HR are recruiting again. We are looking for experienced HR professionals to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis, the hours are VERY flexible and can be worked around an existing busy lifestyle, working from home or other remote location.
As an HR Consultant, you will be supporting businesses that require outsourced HR support. This support can range from providing start-up HR processes such as the implementation of employment contracts, employee handbooks, contractor agreements for self-employed workers and implementing HR software from our partners Breathe, to dealing with all day to day HR matters including specialist or contentious staff matters.
You will be rewarded with a competitive and unique commission only pay structure in return of building your own client base. Our self-employed HR consultant programme operates very similar to a franchise opportunity, but without the large upfront payment.
You will be an experienced HR professional, that has been operating at generalist or business partner level for at least 8 years. It will be a bonus if you already have HR consultancy and/or freelance experience.
As part of the role, you will join a reputable and successful referral marketing organisation close to your residential area, which has proven results for the Company already. You must have excellent communication skills with the ability and confidence to deal with other business professionals and discuss the HR services that you can offer.
Key locations that we are specifically looking at are London and West Sussex.
